Fruit and Vegetable Processing Line

A Chinese customer is the central kitchen of a large supermarket. The daily cleaning and processing of fruits and vegetables in the kitchen requires a lot of manpower and material resources, and at the same time, the market demand for clean vegetables is increasing. 

After communicating with customers in detail and understanding the work layout of the central kitchen, the types of fruits and vegetables and the processing links, we selected equipment for the processing links such as washing, selecting, cutting, secondary cleaning, and packaging to improve the automation and output of clean vegetable processing. 

After the customer tested the machine on site and found no problems, the shipment was confirmed. At the same time, we provides technical support for installation and use to ensure the complete implementation of the assembly line. After using the assembly line, the customer reported that the assembly line has a high degree of automation, strong cleaning ability, high washing ability, safety, hygiene and easy operation, and is very satisfied with the assembly line.
